Agree with you there....wonder what kind of salaries Genting was offering....my bet
is no Malaysian corporation would pay 5 figures for top notch programmers
As anyone who stated working as a programmer, 10-15 years into their career,
are they still writing code ? or are they managing "programmers"

hahah have you met truly good programmers....they probably look like drug
addicts - red eyes and slurred speech due to lack of sleep - uncombed hair,
unshaven, sloppy clothes, many have an attitude problem too ! They probably
wake up 30 mins before an interview and rush there. Most HR people do not
understand what makes a programmer great and what motivates them.
