This is more for the locals ...

Anyone of you ever tried to get a refund for unused MS-licenses ?
Or even getting one of the two: M$ or a vendor in front of a courtroom ?

Microsoft for a refund or a vendor for some unfair practice ? I *had* to
buy my laptop from DELL including M$-crap that I never used (reformat
hd). Not only not entertaining my desire to lower the price, they even
didn't entertain my request "okay, but then blank and without those
CDROMs". So had all the others: refused. In some developed countries
this is considered illegal.
