I am not following your question. Hope that you can describe in greater detailed.
 
Anyway, I am presuming that you have chosen one of "auto" default installation - workstation or server installation.
1.  you want control over the installation, choose "custom" installation.
2.  choose "manual partition using disk druid". I prefer this over "manual partition with fdisk" .
3.  do the needful.

How to make root directory for "mount" during installation ?
 
I have 4 partitions. I wanto to install redhat linux on the 4th partitions. But I face problems at this part.
