hi bun eng,

if you already have 4 partitions denoted as 'used'  (either by windows
or earlier (possibly) aborted-failed installs of linux)  ,  you will
likely need to choose the option that allows deletion of linux
partitions.

assuming you are doing redhat 8,  after booting from the redhat cd, 
follow the install to the point where you it asks "delete all linux
partitions " ?.   IF YOU HAVE NO LINUX DATA THAT NEEDS TO BE PRESERVED,
then say "yes" and continue with install.
