[ossig] oracle and sybase on redhat

peeps,

any clue as to which components would i need for redhat in order for a php
app running under apache on redhat to retrieve/write data to an oracle
database sitting on a bunch of suns and hp boxen ? basically, does oracle
and sybase provide client side libraries for redhat ? i dont need the
entire 9i database server, as that's already existing.
