This is not even the case. Legacy-wise the limit is 4 primary partitions
(extended counts as one primary); without limits on logical partitions.
Tan Bun Eng is not too specific on his problem; he better explains it
more clearly. Probably it is not 'mount' that needs to be created, but
'mnt'. I also use to create an extra-partition for mnt (or a part
thereof) at times.
