Most affordable place, MPH midvalley. Buy around RM100 of books and join MPH membership. Then pick up whole bunch of books and spend 2-3 days reading in the members lounge. 

AFAIK, most places offers around 799 to 1500. The last one I saw was NIIT around RM1500.  I believe it is still on. I have seen some RM799 one around but the name of the company escapes me.  I have never attend any of these courses before but I would think the duration and quality of the course differs from one place to another. Linux sys admin is rather complex and in my opinion even more complex than those of propritery unix like Solaris. reason is largely due to too many choices of doing the same thing and different distribution tend to do things differently.  I would think the best bet is still something like buying a book and try it out on your own. I really believe you learn more this way.
