sometimes, though people who run companies understand it, their customers
dont. you wont believe the problems we have explaining to our "customers"
that we dont buy fancy shmancy network management and monitoring tools,
but instead use a bunch of open source software and some homegrown scripts
to do stuff like disaster recovery and backup management. one day yusmar
may explain the difficulties he faces in explaining why these scripts are
better than pointy clicky interfaces.
