The Tokyo Declaration is only one of the initial rounds of meetings. The
WSIS meeting will be held in Geneva 10-12 Dec 2003. We're planning OSHCA
2003 in Geneva same time as well, back-to-back to WSIS. As many NGOs as
possible should go and support it. But we hope it will not turn out to
be like one of the WTO meetings that end up with "clashes on the
streets".
