[ossig] SCO password

G'day guyz,

does anyone over here know how I can recover a lost root password in SCO Unix 
version 3.2.2-5. When I boot up, it seems like I can't enter into single user 
mode. When I tried to mount that hdd as a slave to my Linux Red Hat system, 
Linux was unable to mount the hard drive as it didn't recognise the file 
system. I checked out the hdd, it has only one partition, wif 

id=63, 
partition type=GNU Hurd or SysV.

I even tried mounting it as a sysv volume...but...nope!..didn't work..any 
other suggestions??..thanx.
