[ossig] Moderation ??

It is the ... time that contributions of mine have somehow failed to
show up in the list. This has been going on for a few weeks, no
'bounced' mail; simply don't appear.
Do we have a moderator here ?? Or a censor, even ??

Am I the only one who finds about one third of contributions sent to
/dev/null ?
