why not? with the case of winxp, install it first and keep it's bootloader 
intact. install the other two OS and configure the NT bootloader to boot 
everything. well, that saves a lot of trouble.

i heven't done that with freebsd before, but in linux case, install its 
bootloader into the root partition. make an entry in the NT loader and point it 
there.
