[ossig] Bitstream Vera Fonts 1.10 Available

greetings,

the awaited vera is finally here, those who has the beta release were urged to 
upgrade to this official release under the final copyright terms. the fonts look 
great, but the best part of it is that it's 100% royalty free, redistributable 
fonts for open source software development (see bitstream license).
