[ossig] DNS problems

Hi,

I've just upgraded to RH9 and I'm having problems with TMnet's DNS
server (202.188.0.133) that I thin could be attributed to RH9. It seems
rather flaky - working sometimes, other times not (I'm aware that this
seems to be the rule rather than the exception when it comes to TMnet's
products and services). 

The reason I'm suspicious is that Jaring's DNS server ain't doing too
well either at resolving domain names and that this problem seems to
have only cropped up once I upgraded to RH9.

Is anybody else having problems with DNS AND RH9?
