equal access on the last mile has always been a contentious issue, and
this keeps getting stalled due to barriers posed by the incumbent. anyone
noticed that your fixed line phone now costs RM3 a month more in rental ?
prices keep going up, yet the copper leading to my mum's place in SS3, PJ
is over 30 years old. quality of service has not changed either. so where
does the increase in rental go ?
