i presume you're part of the open office l10n project for malay at
http://oo-l10n-my.sourceforge.net/ ? you may want to sync with sebol if

i'd think that releasing under a bsd type license would allow it to be
used in other software as well. the core of the work is in actually
creating the wordlist dictionary for a spell checker, and this would
certainly help in people implementing local spell checkers in other sw.
