ssl works fine. just gave it a test.

the only thing from mozilla that i use is a web browser at any rate.
i've always traditionally done e-mail with the pine+fetchmail+procmail
setup, and have only recently migrated to Ximian's Evolution - great
package imho. as for newsgroups, slrn seems to do it for me. and a html
editor? vim!

thats just me i guess. others will surely use the entire mozilla package
(chatzilla is interesting, methinks).
