If you want to do that its best you check out FreeBSD
They don't care what you do with it
You can even download the ISO CD Images burn and sell em
but....why sell CD ROMs for small change ?

Before i get mistaken, let me re-phrase it :- It is illegal to download the OS to resell and profit from it.

Yes, if you do it that way. You can only download and use it for free, not to profit from re-selling it .

Is it legal for us to download on of those distrobution and then repackage it to fit local needs and sell them?  Do we have to pay / sign anything with the original distributor?
