When I make extra copies of the floppies, they get spoiled too !!!  My
experience with previous  the "other" OS.

Reboot is due to power failure.  Another point, I learnt long ago, is when
the power comes back to the system in "ON" state, there will be a temporary
current surge that can destroy the floppy which is currently in the drive.
No magnetic media here please!
