CICC of Japan is offering some OSS scholarships (fully paid-for travel and 
accomodation in Japan) in "Open Source Software Web Master Course" and 
"Open Source Software Solution Integration Course" for locals  (however 
catch is, to apply you have to be an MNCC member :)).  Anyway those 
interested pls consult the MNCC website at www.mncc.com.my.
