[ossig] Draft programme for FOSSCON2003

The draft programme for FOSSCON2003 is now available
at http://opensource.mimos.my/fosscon2003/schedule.html


Most of the information about the conference speakers
is now available, as well as information about some
of the workshops (there are a number of non-commercial
workshops, i.e. they will not be sales / product related).


We will be adding information to the schedule as we get
it.
