Process it's only a process, what make a different is
the people. microsoft has one of the pioneer software
development process in the early 90's, what i heard is
the programmer summit all the codes and compile at
once in the daily night basis. they seem to shape and
embrace the early concept of extreme programming.
but due to the "time to market and profit" attitude,
and rush schedule ... it's the quality of code and
product who is paying out the price.

it's interesting to see how relevent is the concept
mention in these books ... and about how to build a
great company, is also applying to how to become a
better person.
 
anyway, hopefully, we can re-exam our value, do what
we love to do, and do what is right, to help to build
a better company, better product and better
programmer.
The three C seem like a good attributes of a great
programmer:)
