I think this is a great idea.  Actually there was an attempt made to 
start to prepare courseware on Basic System Administration.  The idea 
was to then use this courseware for OSS101-type sysadmin workshops as 
was done with the OSS101 end-user workshops.  I started out preparing 
a bit of it (Linux System Administration) but after that the people 
involved sort of fizzled out and I also stopped.  If this idea goes 
ahead I can try and resuscitate this effort for the Linux System 
Admin part.
