This is your problem. Dagangnet. 

I initially started a somewhat lengthy diatribe about
Dagangnet in response but I can't be bothered to rant
about it anymore. 'companies' like Dagangnet are just
too prevalent in Malaysia...ask anyone in the ICT
business trying to do TheRightThing and you'll know.
Anyway, you'll soon find out what I'm babbling about
in time...you have my deepest sympathies and
understanding. :-[
