understand ur frustration... just giving my 3 cents as i found out that 15454 is kinda useful.... they even pick up my call on 9pm at night....

just that you have to call them up again if you think they are not responding to your request...

they gave some reasonable answer... and if the problem occurs only at your building... is possible they may not know it is down unless they are being informed... i also duno why but that's what happened to my house, and the rest of the row of houses.

No idea, but if you have power failure as often as 3 times a day as many as
3-4 times in one month over a period of 1 year, you have to wonder why this
sort of thing is not taken care of.
