[ossig] Red Hat Fedora Betas on AsiaOSC mirror

We've just adapted the config for the AsiaOSC mirror so
it will now mirror the more recent Red Hat betas.

If anybody is interested in the fedora project (which seems to be
the future for Red Hat Linux Desktop edition, see
http://fedora.redhat.com ), the beta is called 'severn',
and the ISOs will have finished syncing by about 630pm, at:

http://mymirror.asiaosc.org/redhat/linux/beta/severn/en/iso/i386/

As far as I can tell, there will now be no Red Hat 10.
As usual, 3 ISOs.  www.distrowatch.com has more details,
and there's lots of interview and analysis on the 'net of what
this means for Red Hat.
