i have no idea about complaining things that hasn't happened.. (i meant the time u call them)

but i just has another blackout in serdang... and i called them... they ask my house number... efficiently track down my house address... and they inform me electricity will be back in 1 hours time... and it came back in 1/2 hour time.

maybe try when it blackout again?

That is unfortunately not the point. The question was, how to stop TNB for having frequent blackout in one specific area, namely where my office is. It is really really ridicules to have 3-4 blackout in a month, every month, for the last one year. You would think they have notice the problem and tried to rectify this. In fact, where what I can get from my co-worker, this has been going on and off for a while, the claim that in the 90's they were expecting 3-4 blackout in one week not in one month. I guess you can call that progress.

sorry cant help much it seems :)

I just called (again), it went pretty much like this :-

Operator : "Hello, [indistinct greeting]"

Me: "Tenega ke?"

Operator : "Ya"

Me : "Saya nak complain tentang ganguan bekalan di tempat saya yang kerap
belaku"

Operator : "Sejak bila?

Me : "Sejak setahun yang lalu, di kawasan kami ada ganguan bekalan sebanyak
3-4 kali sebulan, pada 48 jam yang lalu, sebanyak 4 kali"

Operator : "Tunggu sebentar" ........ 10 seconds silent

Operator : "Ini kena inform kami punyai engineer, boleh telefron lagi waktu
pejabat?"

Me : "OK thank you"
