[ossig] Non-Bumi Contractor Limit

Hi all,

I bumped into problem with MOF when I was told that my E-Perolehan Cert 
has a limit of RM10K per invoice. But I remember it should be RM50K. 
Worst still there is no documentation I could find on treasury nor 
eperolehan web site to explain the limits. Basically I want to know 
limits of:
  Non-Bumi: Up to ???K
  Partial Bumi: Up to ???K
  Bumi: Up to ???K

Mine is non-bumi. Does anyone know about it?
