What's a malaysian mutt? .my localised mutt? I thought
mutt was just too intuitive to need
localization...perhaps I'm wrong.

Perhaps you could suggest this to them next time? I
think that sometimes, people need to be 'prodded' into
thinking (not necessarily with with a cattle prod,
mind you!). It might be that it's in one ear and out
the other - but then again, there is a chance that at
least one of them might get the idea stuck in his
head.

In a better world maybe...

Some cynics might say: 

"But the first 2 will just be getting the same pay,
only the company gets higher profits and the other 2
will be just unemployed!". 

But of course, you know, I'm not a cynic. :-P

Still, I think if you work for certain orgs (esp. .gov
ones) you'll know that some people are not necessarily
employed to do productive work. They are employed for
the sake of giving employment to people or perhaps
'certain' people.
