I've heard talk that their ES-WS product may come downmarket, to become
a cheaper personal/corporate desktop type product (i.e. to better fill the gap of
Red Hat Linux). Maybe they are carefully monitoring takeup of ES-WS at
the high current price of USD180 p.a. (50% off for existing RHN members),
and if not they'll bring it downmarket. Particularly now Novell/SuSE will likely
push to become the 'standard desktop Linux' if RH doesn't maintain territory they
already have, since the only other major contender, Mandrake, is still weak
financially.
