[ossig] Long live the graduate student for Open Source

 I think to develop the potential of open source, It
good give the graduated IT student to test the
Operating System of open source.

For me with the new beginning @ fresh minded of them
can make this open source more benefical for all
people.

This can be part of beta testing for youth category.

That all my opinion.
