[ossig] Question on DOS/win98

Hey guys, 

	Does anyone know of a DOS equivalent of "ln -s" in win98/DOS.  I don't mean 
creating shortcut. 

	The reason for this is there's this evil software I have to install seems to 
only allow files to be saved locally on the harddrive (it is hardcoded into 
the software) and I want to files to be able to be accessed on the network by 
the same software on other computer.  I can't do shortcut in windows mode 
because it would create a *.lnk file and the software seems to be written 
ages ago and only allow access to non lnk file.
