[ossig] RedHat Fedora core 1 now on mirror

Red Hat Fedora Core 1 binaries are now available on AsiaOSC
mirror.  Sources and RPMS will be synced tomorrow, when
a few more people had a chance to hit the main download server.

Happy downloading.


Please discourage people from downloading Red Hat 9 from
now on, since it will be unsupported as of April 2004.
