[ossig] Mandrake 9.2 ISOs now out.

Mandrake 9.2 is out in ISO form, available on lots of
mirrors already.

The AsiaOSC mirror is syncing as we speak, the 3 ISOs should soon be
available at http://mymirror.asiaosc.org/mandrake/iso/

Keep pressing refresh to make sure the filesizes are no longer
growing before downloading.
