[ossig] Better overview of desktop Linux from IBM

http://www.desktoplinux.com/files/article003/sld001.html

I've already noted this before, with Novell's acquisition of Ximian and
Suse, and the backing of major corporations for RH and Suse, whether we
like it or not, Gnome will be the desktop commonly used as a base for
corporate desktops.

Note that this is not the only scenario. The presentation quite rightly
breaks up users as well as possible solutions.

- Thin/Portal - browser/terminal type apps
- Slim/hybrid - centrally managed desktops, some apps running on server,
                some apps running on client
- Fat clients - full desktop variants
