Try calling mynic''s and ask for any service. You have to go through so 
many BS just to get your DNS record change. And all changes has to be 
submited in writing chop sign with your
I/c number and everything. I am surprise they don't check with Bukit 
Aman for criminal record or check your credit history to get things 
done ( or do they?).

Attitude of people who answer phone is also a big factor. I sometimes 
think that the organization is run by trolls.
