Find bored lawyers. It will be good practice for them to "localise" it.
But seriously, whats wrong with whats currently available out there?

I dont think showing them a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo will make them
interested to join the OSS styled activities. [1]

[1] - tortured some students in a class of mine once. Sent them to
opensource.org, told them to get a license, implement styles, etc... and
make it a really nice looking OOo document.
