Yes I plead guilty of not maintaining the my-opensource FAQ! However 
it is possible to reactivate and maintain it from questions asked on 
this list (and others).  For starters, I think some good additions 
may be the GPL licensing issues under discussion recently as well as 
adding in local initiatives/activities on OSS (adding in a section on 
Malaysian OSS will be useful I think).

I can do this or if someone else wants to take it and enhance and 
maintain it, it is fine too, just let me know.
