Everytime change comes, its difficult. Implementing NPTL was a tough
change, but others will follow. The removal of OSS for ALSA in FC2 is a
tough change, but there will be no other way of letting upstream know
that ALSA's not "right" (if it isn't). 

For instance, Debian is already  looking at NPTL implementations for
their next release.

And if you're brave, Fedora Core 2 test1 has been released. With all the
nicer goodies, etc... Core 1 was after all, released last year ;)

I'm surprised mymirror doesn't have it yet. Well it does, I think perms
need to be changed....
