Could it be you're wrong here ??
If you get access to the leaked code, that wouldn't help you out of
trouble whenever you write a program using THIS_SECRET_API_CALL.
Ask a lawyer, I doubt that insight obtained illegally can later be used
to set up your business.
As recruter I wouldn't take in anybody who has seen the code; especially
in Open Source; because his / her code might still look 100 % like M$
code. Bill will like that very much and tell the world that GPL or BSD
licensed stuff contains code 100 % identical to closed M$ stuff.
"Stolen", he'd say - righteous, btw.
Would help our movement *really* up, don't you think so ??
Of course the code should be kempt for 'borrowed' stuff the other way
round. But this can be done using automated tools.
Of course, *some* should look at it and find out, if their way of
writing code is as horrible as expected.
But, no, I'm afraid you're wrong with your assumption that
'no signing' == 'no hold of you'
Correct me anyone who knows better !
Uwe
