What it is, in the case of Dinesh, instead of "1-home, 1-PC", 
it's "1-home, 1-ISP".

If this was covered in Computimes, the header would be something like:

"For achieving 1-home, 1-ISP"

which would be in line with how they tend to head their articles... "For Open 
Source ... ", "For broadband to go ... ", "For SMIs to use RosettaNet ... ", 
"For not using for too much ... "

Sorry, I just kept noticing that Computimes seems to have this "For ... " 
habit.
