Functional Title of Position: OSS Researcher

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENT
Degree in Information Technology/Computer
Science preferably with a minor in business.
Alternatively degree in technology management
is also acceptable

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job holder is expected to work in Open Source Software
environment, managing web-based management
system, and conduct research on areas such as
technology development, innovation, policy development,
intellectual property. Job holder is expected
to have an analytical mind, and to write, publish
and present regularly in knowledge sharing platforms.
Ability to write and speak fluently in English Language
is necessary.

The emphasis of this position is not computer programming
or system administration.
