arghh... don't compare with Microsoft.  They have sell their software for long time and make money from Windows 95,  Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP + their Office software + bla bla bla...
I think if Red Hat have sell till Red Hat Enterprise 8, the price will decrease.  Just wait and see... :) (pray & hope they will read what we discuss here)

you also must now that the staff that doing support is from US.  How they want to pay their staff in third world country currency when all their staff stay in US.
