This mean Apache is working fine. Perhaps you can double confirm again by
using other PC to access your 10.0.0.11:8080. So focus your energy on 305E
router.

Normally ADSL require reboot when you make changes. Also 8080 and 81 are
special port for them as remote management. May be reserved. Try other
ports?
