The proxies should only intercept HTTP traffic. All traffic should let 
you go direct so that the destination host see your real IP which you 
can traceroute back. Unless ISP do NAT. But I don't think they can 
simply do this. They have to be very careful at this.

Another thing is whatismyip.com dynamic DNS submission. How does it 
work? It submit via HTTP protocol? If so, they need to change to other 
port, may be 81, 82 or something not known to caching server.
