RE: [ossig] reliable dns server ?

I run a few DNS servers from my servers and a local caching server in your
own LAN is good enough.

On my LAN setup at home, I have a firewall/gateway, then a firewall/bridge,
using Shorewall. I run DNS and DHCP on the firewall/gateway together with
Shorewall handling the IPmasq for me. Good enough for me.

Cheers

Is good to have a DNS server at least a caching DNS server, if you or
your company have a certain amount (>300) of users / staff.
