The status is on hold or indeterminate at the moment I believe.  MDC 
also seems to have lost interest in it.  What has been done so far is 
just some repositories.  People concerned went on to do other things, 
some non-ICT related.  But if someone else wants to take it up again, 
MDC may still be interested.
