[ossig] Which Govt dept now helping PC Gemilang?

There's an article in last Thursday's Star Intech
(page 3) saying that MEWC (formerly MECM) is
only responsible for the 'infrastructure' component of
ICT and all other ICT roles fall to MOSTI (formerly MOSTE).

Does this pose problems for PC Gemilang, formerly
assisted by MECM?  Can low cost PC be considered
infrastructure?

I notice that MEWC's website has a prominent advert
for PC Gemilang on front page.  Unfortunately the 'more
info' and 'FAQ' links are large PDF's, not very user
friendly if you only have dialup.  I started to download them
at home then gave up :(
