[ossig] Eclipse M9/Release Candidate 0 out

Hey mates,

Eclipse Milestone 9/Release Candidate 0 is out. Quite a few goodies in
this one - the Java editor just gets better and plenty of good stuff for
Eclipse devs. The release notes are available here:

Eclipse 3.0 final should be out next month, according to the endgame
plan.
