true, but google would need to allow the client a Right to Use the
software on that appliance. that right to use is a license to use.

as always. but on this, i'd think that the malaysian courts are a little
clueless on this. i'd hate to see such a landmark case being tried for the
first time in our justice system. the results may be really not what we
think it would be.
